Production Operator

We are looking for a production worker to join our team and help improve our production talent.

You’ll perform various tasks, including maintaining and operating the machinery and search for potential product defects, equipment malfunctions, and safety risks. You’ll transfer the products and equipment as needed from the warehouse to the production floor. You’ll also keep the facility clean by removing debris and trash to ensure safety. Note that this position demands stamina and a good physical condition.


  • Performs various physical duties as assigned.
  • Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the production supervisor
  • Track production data including scrap, time studies, maintenance and inventory
  • Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety protocols
  • Operate a variety of production equipment to assist in the production process
  • Maintain qualifications required to operate equipment
  • Maintain all pieces of equipment by routinely cleaning and inspecting machinery.
  • Maintain shop area cleanliness and organization
  • Assemble materials and equipment as required
  • Order materials as needed
  • Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met
  • Develop customer proof documents, production files and templates
  • Observe and maintain standard work documentation
  • Contribute efficiency, product development and quality improvement ideas

Work Hours & Benefits

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
  • Our pay scale includes base pay plus incentive pay and annual bonus

  • Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • High school diploma is an asset
  • Prior experience in a production setting preferred
